FIVE SENSES were born out of a shared desire to create a lifestyle dining destination that exceeds expectations. Our founder, Edgar Lagassi, along with his two friends and business partners, Andrius Kulbokas and Mariusz Szymecki, have always been passionate about good food, service, and drinks. Each of us has had the chance to work at some of the world's most iconic hotels, restaurants, and bars, gaining experience, confidence, and knowledge along the way.

But we knew that we wanted to do more. We wanted to translate our experiences into an environment that reflected our ideas of what a lifestyle dining destination should be. So, we came together in London to create something special, something that we could help other businesses and private equity investors around the world achieve.
